Please be advised that Nigel Goulding has succeeded Dandi Passerini and will be undertaking the routine inspection visit to the Hutton Mount Estate on the afternoon of Tuesday, 29 September 2026.
If you have submitted an application to Hutton Mount Limited for alterations or extensions to your property, Nigel will also be carrying out preliminary site inspections on behalf of the Company.
Nigel will be assisting Martyn, the Estate Surveyor to Hutton Mount Limited, and is an experienced and qualified RIBA Chartered Senior Architect who has over 30 years architectural experience.
