🚧 Upcoming Carriageway Repairs – 22 April 2026
Hutton Mount Limited would like to inform residents that essential carriageway repair works will be taking place on Wednesday, 22 April 2026. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the quality and safety of the Estate’s road network.
📍 Roads Affected
Repairs will be carried out on the following roads:
- Heronway
- Mount Avenue
- Roundwood Avenue
🛠️ What to Expect
Our contractors will be using heavy machinery, including a large planing machine and resurfacing equipment. Residents should also expect a number of tarmac lorries operating throughout the day.
Although the roads will remain open, traffic flow will be restricted, and traffic control measures will be in place to ensure the safety of both workers and road users.
