🛡️Health & Safety Audit
Further to October’s update, we are pleased to confirm that the Health & Safety Audit of the Estate has now been completed.
Accordingly, a planning application was submitted yesterday to Brentwood Borough Council for proposed improvements and new footpaths on the Estate.
These works have been identified as essential improvements to enhance safety for both pedestrians and vehicles across the Estate.
🏗️ Building Works Reminder
Residents undertaking building works are reminded that all works must be approved by Hutton Mount Limited.
Contractors should park their vehicles within the property boundaries and not on Estate roads, as roadside parking can cause obstructions and increase the risk of accidents.
Please note the permitted working hours:
- Weekdays: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturdays: No work after midday
- Sundays: No work permitted
🔥 Bonfires on site are strictly prohibited.
